We make our 23 varieties of bagels fresh daily using the tried and true boil and bake method, which gives our bagels that famous outer crust and soft, doughy inside that bagel lovers crave. Since we could not take the people to New York to get bagels, we brought true New York bagels to the people of North Carolina. In addition to our scrumptious bagels, we have all the other authentic deli foods (like bialys, over a dozen homemade cream cheese, nova, sweet treats like rugelach, black and white cookies, and more).
