Submit an Event
If you are hosting an event that is specific for the Democratic National Convention (DNC), please make note as such in the submittal comment section so that your event can be added to the public DNC Event Calendar. The DNC Event Calendar will be provided to several media outlets before and during the convention as "interest" story leads.
The VLN Monthly Calendar is compiled by the 25th of each month for distribution on or before the 1st of the upcoming month. Please make sure any events submitted prior to the 25th in order to be included. (i.e. If your event is in August, please submit events by July 25th.)
Note: Visit Lake Norman reserves the right to edit submitted information for spacing prior to posting on web and printed Events Calendars; and reserves the right not to post events that may be in conflict with our purpose to promote travel and tourism in the Lake Norman area, and the Towns of Cornelius, Davidson and Huntersville.
Fill out the fields below in order to have your events listed in our online calendar. Please note: Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click "Submit Event" at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to make sure that it contains all the information needed to be added. You will be notified if your event can not be approved.
