Lamb & Wine Dinner

  • Davidson Ice House is hosting a farm to table Lamb and Wine Dinner featuring dishes with local lamb from Sun Raised Foods paired with delicious wine from Fine Wine Trading Company.

    Dinner and recipes will be prepared by Chef Jen Brulé, who is the owner of the Davidson Ice House, and an on-air chef for the Carolina's largest NBC affiliate, WCNC as well as a regular on ABC Charleston, and the Food Network. This will truly be a culinary experience, opportunity to learn about local sustainable agriculture and meet fellow foodies in the Davidson area.
