Private Tours

Crop to Cup Education Class. A Summit educator will walk your group through a coffee presentation – where it’s grown, how it’s grown and harvested, and the business behind the export and import of one of the most commonly traded commodities in the world.

Roasting 101. Take a peek into Summit’s roasting facility and hear from our roasters as they demonstrate the roasting process and give you an overview on how Summit takes the raw, green coffee and turns it into a drinkable product.

The Cupping Table. Experience how to taste coffee and the differences in roast styles and coffee varieties. Cupping includes a tasting of several different coffees roasted in house.

*we have a variety of food offerings which may be added to group events: from breakfast, pastries and snacks to lunch and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Approximate Length of Experience:

  • 60-Minute Tour: Welcome with Scones + Coffee, Crop to Cup Education Class + The Cupping Table

  • 90-Minute Tour: Welcome with Scones + Coffee, Crop to Cup Education Class, Roasting 101 + The Cupping Table

  • 120-Minute Tour: Welcome with Scones + Coffee, Crop to Cup Education Class, Roasting 101, The Cupping Table + Lunch or Brunch

Minimum/Maximum Number of Participants + Cost:

  • 1-4 Person:
    • $100 for 60 minutes
    • $150 for 90 minutes
    • $175 for 2 hours
  • 5-8 Person:
    • $150 for 60 minutes
    • $200 for 90 minutes
    • $250 for 2 hours
  • 9-15 Person:
    • $200 for 60 minutes
    • $250 for 90 minutes
    • $300 for 2 hours
  • 16+ Person:
    • $250 for 60
    • $300 for 90

Availability (include restrictions):

Monday – Thursday + Saturday: Tours available through private booking only. Summit prefers a two week lead time for all bookings, but could possibly accommodate groups in a shorter timeframe. No walk-in tours available on these days. 

Fridays – Open Hours 10 am – 3 pm: stop by and check out our roasting facility. We’ll have complimentary coffee to share with our visitors and provide a very casual tour, provided by one of our staff.

Sundays – closed.
