  • The Beaver Dam Historic Park and Beaver Dam House are available to the public for rental throughout the year. Over 170 years old, the Beaver Dam House was renovated in the 1970's and today possesses a quaint air of nostalgia. The house was built by William Lee Davidson II, son of the inspiration for Davidson College’s name. When the Concord Presbytery held committee meetings about the formation of Davidson College, this was their meeting place. The park itself has a wide lawn shaded by old magnolias.
