We travel the globe to bring you traditional and unique varieties of fish such as Wild Atlantic Salmon, Sea Bass and Arctic Charr at the peak of their seasons. Our fish is inspected and hand-cut daily – a ritual we take very seriously. We then pair all our selections with a tantalizing array of sauces and original toppings made daily.
We also are known for our signature appetizers and hand-helds including our famous Bang Bang Shrimp, Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Prince Edward Island Mussels Josephine, and "American Style" Kobe Beef Burgers. You can choose simply-grilled fish with a choice of four signature sauces including a sweet Pan Asian glaze or our Chimichurri topping made with extra virgin olive oil, Italian parsley, garlic and red pepper. Guests can also choose to truly indulge with selections from our market-fresh “Specials” which change daily and include toppings such as Spinach Bacon Gorgonzola or Imperial style for a royal delicacy, baked and stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab meat and lemon caper butter.
