Our menu consists of stepped up traditional American food with Angus steak, fresh variation of salads, with special seasoned mouth watering baby back ribs or chicken. Fresh fish delivered daily from Charleston, S.C. With Soul Warming south the focus, the menu reflects the fresh seafood, such as Seared Diver Scallops, Sautéed Carolina Shrimp to Sashimi Tuna. One or two homemade soup-of-the-day include cappuccino-style Crab Bisque with cream and nutmeg on top, as well as Soul warming Chicken and Rice full of stewed okra. Daily fresh vegetables bring out the flavors of all of the courses, whether it be lunch or Country Style Steak or Seared Ahi Tuna during the evening.
