Shopping Centers

In Cornelius, plan on a visit to the Cornelius Antique Shoppes along Catawba Avenue, Southlake Shopping Center to visit the Fresh Market, Kenton Place which hosts several festivals, and the Magnolia Estates Center.

Huntersville offers several shopping areas including Birkdale Village, North Cross Shopping Center, Rosedale Shopping Centers, Market Fresh Center, and Regency Village.

Birkdale Village is a lifestyle/hybrid center combines the best of shopping, dining, apartments and entertainment venues within a 52 acre mixed use development. Shops with colorful windows line the main street, and unique residential dwellings are nestled above. A linear parking plan showcases bubbling fountains and provides cheerful gardens for shoppers to enjoy. Davidson's Main Street offers hometown shopping in a variety of specialty shops and dining in locally owned restaurants while you stroll down Mainstreet USA, while Circles at 30 shopping area offers shoppers trendy shops, restaurants, and local conveniences.

Local Farmers Markets

The Bradford Store located in the Huntersville countryside, has delicious freshly shelled peas, potatoes, meats, fresh eggs. NC mountain apples, freshly pressed NC mountain apple cider, etc! Bradford Farm produce is grown organically straight from their gardens!

The Davidson Farmer's Market is a producer-only, year-round market featuring more than 35 farmers and local producers from within a 100 mile radius. The market is a lively gathering place for meeting friends and for learning about food, agriculture and nutrition. Growers and producers are on hand to answer your questions, from "How was this grown?" to "How can I reduce my carbon footprint?" The local producers at the market include farms, nurseries, bakeries, meat and poultry providers, and specialty foods producers; there are no distributors or resellers. Included are a variety of quality goods, such as certified organic, naturally grown and conventionally grown fruits and vegetables, grass fed beef, pastured pork, eggs from free-range chickens, fresh baked goods, prepared foods, fresh cut flowers, herbs, and bedding plants and more. Market is open each Saturday morning in Downtown Davidson.

The Huntersville Farmer's Market offers locally grown produce fruits, local specialties, organic food and vegetables, and an assortment of crafts.

Jetton Village Gazebo (Cornelius) is the area's newest seasonal farmers market. Located in Jetton Village square just off of West Catawba Avenue.
