Events This Weekend In Lake Norman

Need plans for the weekend? Don't worry, Lake Norman never has a shortage of events and things to do for anyone who wants to experience the lakeside of Charlotte. Witness birds glide a couple feet from you at one of the many shows at the Carolina Raptor Center or take in the cultural scene at Davidson. Whether you're looking to show off your dance moves at a live music performance at a brewery or annual festival or catch a play at one of the local theaters, you are sure to find a way to relax from the weekday stress.

Due to the recommendation by the NC Dept. of Health & Human Services and Gov. Roy Cooper that public gatherings or events of more than 100 people be cancelled or rescheduled, many events across the state are doing just that as a best practice effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. VLN will update the calendar of events as we hear about cancellations and postponements.
