Mario Alessio and Tony Franzese were born in Italy. They came to Brooklyn, New York as boys and were childhood friends. Their parents were factory workers and instilled hard work ethics in them. They worked in Pizzeria’s in Brooklyn growing up. Most of the stores are managed by family members. All the stores use the same recipe, and the dough is made fresh daily in each location. We use the best ingredients, and get the main ingredients from New York. Our pizza’s are all hand stretched and topped. It takes a lot of training for the Pizza man to make a pizza “Our” way.
