Outdoor Cinema Series

The 2022 Outdoor Cinema Series by Cornelius Parks and Recreation has returned this summer. The movies will be displayed on an inflatable screen in parks across the Lake Norman area. Gates open at 6:30 pm and the movies begin at dusk (approximately 8:30 pm). Admission is free and concessions will be available from food trucks and local beer vendors. Other fun activities such as face painting, yard games, a splash pad, and cornhole are available to make for a memorable night.

This summer’s schedule includes “Sing 2” (August 20th) in Robbins Park and “TBD” (October 29th) in Bailey Road Park. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and are welcome to bring their own coolers and picnic baskets to snack on while you watch!
