After Galway Hooker/Piper's 20-year run, a new owner has moved into the Irish tavern. Charlotte's longtime neighborhood bar, Ed's Tavern, has expanded to Cornelius! Enjoy classic menu items such as wings, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, and more. Savor 20+ local, domestic, import, and craft beers.
Apple Store

After closing its location at Northlake Mall, Apple has recently opened it's newest retail store in Birkdale Village with a fresh new design. Birkdale’s store is one of Apple’s newer prototypes, which incorporates a pick-up area that provide a specific destination for customers, as well as dedicated space for the Today At Apple program.
Try all of Apple’s products and find great accessories. Specialists will answer your questions and get you set up before you leave. Consult with the Business Team about the perfect solutions for your company, or visit the Genius Bar to get hands-on technical support.

Arhaus

Partnering with artisans all over the world, Arhaus offers furniture and décor that is lovingly made, sustainably sourced, and built to last. Their location in Birkdale Village will be an Arhaus Studio, a smaller showroom offering an intimate service and customization shopping experience. They’ll be located next to Williams Sonoma.

Inspired by a healthy, outdoor lifestyle, bartaco combines fresh, upscale street food with a coastal vibe in a relaxed environment. Joining Birkdale Village, the 3,400-square-foot, full-service restaurant will be adjacent to the Grove.
Offering specialty cocktails crafted with fresh-squeezed juices, freshly prepared tacos and handmade guacamole ceviche, tuna poke, rice bowls and desserts.
Concetto's Fine Italian Ice

The owners behind Concetto's have a passion for authentic tastes and their love for New York City have inspired them to craft a menu that includes not only Italian ice but also creamy gelato, delicious flavored craft sodas, mocktails, slushee, and snacks including waffle bites where you can choose between plain, nutella, custard, and oreo.
Stay tuned as they aim to create that warm, familiar feeling of a local neighborhood spot, where you can enjoy a taste of nostalgia and create new memories with every visit!
Fin and Fino

Jon Dressler will be replacing Dressler's with the social seafood house, Fin & Fino. This restaurant will serve fresh seafood, high-quality meats, house-made pasta, and locally grown produce through a menu of small plates. They officially closed on September 23rd and have been transforming the space to keep up with the exciting changes coming to Birkdale Village.
Foxcroft Wine Co.

Founded in 2004, this local wine bar, bottle shop, and scratch kitchen restaurant is coming soon to Birkdale Village. Expect a full-service restaurant offering sharable plates and entrees designed to be paired with an extensive selection of wines.
The new shop will feature a large patio overlooking the center of Birkdale, private dining space available for rent, a large bar area with a sophisticated wine preservation and dispensing system, and wine glasses to-go available thanks to Birkdale’s social district policy.

Suffolk Punch Brewing

With two locations in Charlotte, Suffolk Punch Brewing will open its third location in Birkdale Village in a 1,599 square foot space. It will include a two-story taproom with a rooftop, partially covered patio and a view of The Plaza. Downstairs, you will find a full-service bar and an all-seasons patio.
Drink selections include beer, cocktails, wine, ciders, hard kombucha, seltzers and even coffee. Executive Chef Michael Rayfield will rotate seasonal dishes with locally-sourced ingredients.
Greco Fresh Grille

Greco Fresh Grille has brought its delicious flavors to Cornelius! Offering up fresh Greek and Mediterranean fare such as gyros, kebobs, salads, hummus, and yes, baklava! Their tzatziki and hummus are always prepared in house and everything is made fresh daily in store and made to order. Kali Oreksi!
Tsaocaa

Bubble tea has gained quite a large following over the last few years. Usually made with powdered milk, Tsaocaa (Tsao-Cha) is breaking that mold.
Each loose leaf tea is brewed fresh to order and mixed either with organic milk, almond milk, soy milk or coconut water and shaken. Coming to Huntersville, this shop will offer boba and fruit teas along with sandwiches, egg waffles and more desserts!
